  • SEC Mgmt helped SPDI manage the property, extend the lease of anchor tenant Kuhne Nagel, increase the area leased to K&N to 100% of the property and sold the asset with a profit in 2019
  • A 1MW roof top solar panel electricity generating value add platform (benefiting the tenant/premises in energy consumption costs) was also managed and sold with the property in 2019
