Property sold to SPDI through SEC Mgmt in 2012

• SEC Mgmt helped SPDI manage the property, reaching its full and optimal rental potential. Park is currently fully compliant with the newly introduced state health and safety regulations.
• Total GLA of 15,712 m2; The Park incorporates ~ 8,000 m2 of multipurpose warehousing space, 6,000 m2 of cold storage (down to -32 degrees) and ~1,600 m2 of office space.
• Four buildings on 3.2 ha of land, just 100meters off the Bucharest ring road. Commissioned in 2013, substantially upgraded in 2020/21.
