Theofanis is a business economist with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and investment management. He has worked with Banks in Greece between 1996-2002 in Corporate and Investment Banking units, when he joined industry as a CFO in paper packaging and IT sectors. His real estate experience includes appointments as CFO in Charagionis Group (2008-2011), Assos Capital (2011-2013) and SPDI PLC (2017-2023), and covers all the main SE European markets such as Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and Ukraine.
He holds Management Sciences and Corporate Finance degrees from London School of Economics and University of Durham.
